No start problem found....sort-of
« on: May 11 2012, 07:30:11 PM »
It always starts...excep t today.  Turned key and listened for the buzz from my year old D/werks pump....nota. Fuses all ok under dash and at alt./hotwire fuse too.  Went back to tank and checked/wiggled all connections/wiring, to and from hot wire relay with the ign./key on.  Being a little pissed,i punched the gas tank and the pump started!    I cant believe there is a loose wire inside the tank as it was gone over well when the new pump went in....nor can i believe the new pump has an issue.   Guess its gotta be one or the other?  which way would you lean.  Thanks.

I would probably lean toward the pump...but, that's just me :)

A lot of broken parts does not make you a racer; it makes you a slow learner.
