Is this still worth buying or can we find it all online?

Most of it is for stage blocks and not much for 109 prep. Valve train and lubrication sections can be helpful.   Zap's book would be a better choice.

I had one & read thru it then sold it for $80
I know who has a few new ones stashed if you like collecting stuff like that but it's a $100 for reading material to browse while sitting at the throne.  :icon_eyes:
 
I'd rather have my 3rd of 3 collection I loaned out years ago (that I'll never see again!) of the Far Side back!
