the hell is up with my 02 sensor
« on: April 17 2012, 01:30:20 AM »
I turned on my road yesterday and rolled the the throttle a couple times just to have the car fall on it's face.
Then after drinking beer and watching pornography all day I remembered the couch laptop had some autosaves.
The injectors are still squirting, the MAF is acting normal, but the O2 is dropping to nothing.

sounds like the sensor is bad, or the fuel pump is bad

I would guess the latter

A lot of broken parts does not make you a racer; it makes you a slow learner.

Based on the logger files, I'd say the latter too. If it was a sensor only problem it wouldn't nosedive and knock at the same time.

You're probably the winner. For some reason my car runs out of gas sooner than it should since I changed to the Supra pump. I suspect the residual rust from my tank has clogged the sock and caused it to curl up some.
