I lost faith in wrestling after Hulk Hogan's back was broken YEARS ago...

Haven't watched in years, but I was a fan a while ago.  I went to one of the shows and have pics of Jimmy "superfly" snuka flyin' off the turnbuckle.

Not at all.  It's all entertainment, so it's meant to enjoy.  Has more of a point than NASCAR IMO ( I stopped liking that when Davey Allison croaked).

I've been a fan since I was a wee young lad. My grandfather turned me on to it by the great stories he told. Back in his day it was bar fights and real wrestling. I've followed it for probably over 25 years. I get email updates on whats going on. No bullshit, just real news. For a few years I traded vhs tapes with others on the internet. I was into ECW and FMW...not to mention S*tars or IWA or the mexican Luchadors. Death matches are great! I have scars from some violent fights...not wrestling but if I fought someone that had a knife or broke bottle I wasnt scared...I'm a nut...lol.

I used to watch it over a friend's house. His mom in
particular would go nuts screaming at the TV and stuff.
Sometimes that was more entertaining than the match itself.
I saw a match locally about 2 years ago. It featured
King Kong Bundy aka: Killer Kowalski. For an old guy, I wouldn't
mess with him.

King Kong Bundy was a big dude and so was Killer Kawolski.  Is killer kawolski still alive?  He has been around for a long time like bruno samartino days.

George "The Animal" Steel used to scare the shit out of me.  He was like the crazy Mike Tyson of wresting, and loved to eat the turnbuckels.

there have been way too many deaths in wrestling as of late.  I think it kinda sucks but when you add steroids and stress on your body something has got to give.  George was one of my favorites growing up.  I think my fav all time would have to be old school Sting not the crow sting the crazy California Sting.
