left over electrical connector?
« on: September 17 2011, 05:16:43 PM »
Just putting A/C compressor & alternator back in after a mild clean up of the area......can't seem to find where this connector goes?  It's got 2 wires.....blac k & green.

Didn't notice anywhere on the A/C compressor or alternator for it?

Can anyone help?

Thanks,

dave

Hey Sean,

Thanks for your reply. I see where the small round connector attached on the back side of the A/C compressor.... ....however, simply cannot see where this flat 2 wire connector attaches.

Heck, I've even pulled off the A/C compressor (again) to have a closer look at it. Cannot find the spot where this connector goes.

Would anyone be able to describe where this 2nd electrical connector is attached.....o r better yet....got a picture?

thanks,

dave

That's the connector to the AC clutch Dave.

It's between the pulley and the AC housing towards the bottom, driver side.

Found it!

Thanks guys....I feel so stupid not seeing it on the front ......was expecting it to be on the back side of the A/C compressor.

Thanks again
