I have no idea who those people are. The guy on the left made me think Kirban, but I see no hat. :P

They're smart guys...they know it's a Canadian car...and has a big battery in it with lots of cranking amps for sure starts on those cold Canadian mornings...so they're asking the owner for a boost: Trailer Park Boys - Ray Needs a Boost
