I would not be surprised to see it pick up stuff several times from the malawarebytes run....someone bought me an old machine to try to spruce up....it had more trojans from porn sites than ever came in a box

A lot of broken parts does not make you a racer; it makes you a slow learner.

You should download ccleaner and defraggler.

http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
http://www.piriform.com/defraggler

I have used them for years.

I also use spybot, Avast Anti-Virus, and highly recommend Commodo as a firewall.

Best of all, it's all free...I've used all of the above since '04 and I've never had an issue and I'm on the internet allot.

Ccleaner is like an enema for your computer and all the temporary files and crap that gets stuck on it.  It's also got a great start up tool so you can get rid of allot of useless crap that starts up and just use it when you actually want.  The registry cleaner is good to.

Defrag is useless in Win7 BTW - it runs in the background, no need to manual invoke it anymore.

There was a stretch where spybot wasn't being updated/worked on, and others products gained traction. Have they resumed? They brag about a 2009 review still...
