I had trouble finding the flange so I bought a cat from Kirban. If you have a test pipe you have a flange that you can use, maybe buy a 3" cat and adapters. When you eventually get a 3 " downpipe and bigger exhaust just reuse?

Still Trying to splurge for the Alky Kit.....

Still Trying to splurge for the Alky Kit.....Unless you are aiming for low tens, or quicker, I would stick with a 2.5" exhaust and use the money for something else. With the exception of the old cross flow three inch from ATR, most of the three inch exhausts on Regals sounded really bad to me.
used to pass without a cat. Well, I had a cat, but it as hollowed out, and I had to do a bunch of other shit. Emissions PROM, RXP, etc. PIA
