There is nothing to be nervous about.  You are put under a light, general anesthetic and feel nothing.  By far the worst part of the procedure is the laxative.  You have to drink copious amount and you poop for hours on end.  No pain during or after the procedure.

I can't imagine it's any different than those weekends you dress up, call yourself Carmella and troll the local gay scene.

DANG I thought you were normal lol

Well been there done that, depends on the actual procedure. Your GP should have given you a heads up as what to expect.

One of the ones I had done was absofrickenlut ely NO fun, the other no biggy.

Now you're just going to make poor David even more nervous.  I've had it done several times by different doctors and it is often a topic of conversation among we oldsters at work (yes old timers do talk about these things), and I have never heard anyone say they had a bad experience.

My Mom & I are very similar in many ways & she has irritable bowel syndrome so I'm hoping thats all it is. My Dad had one for Prostate cancer & he said it wasnt bad but make sure they arent cheap with the drugs to knock out the pain. I hope mine is just irritable because the other choice isn't so nice!! I'm sure I'll be fine but just the thought is sort of Freaky!!  Camera's on Garden Hoses cant be a Fun Day overall! :bigeyes;
