As some of you might know, young Sylvan has lived all over the country and had about a million different jobs. Once, while working as a telemarketer, I had to keep from giggling when the system dialed up the home of a one Virginia Schitt.

I went to college with a Phil McCracken. I have to think that his parents were cruel people.

I used to work for the below-linked company. After they screwed me out of a bonus that they owed me I ordered many many free catalog/DVD packages from them under silly names until I felt it had cost them approximately the same amount that they should have payed me. I started out with names like Guy Luvin and Anita Nayniss. After awhile it was so easy that I didn't even have to be creative anymore and actually started TRYING to get noticed by entering quasi-ethnic sounding names and downright obvious fakes that I thought they'd never accept but did. Lou Siffer, Jou Phucta-Me and Mikey Rearlove skated right through. Eventually I got bored.
