New Charger Test Car?

I've not seen this in Motor Trend/Hot Rod/Car Craft yet, nor did I find any images of it just now in a Google search so I'm assuming this might be a new sight to you as well as me. Colorado, I-76 near Fort Morgan about two hours ago. I saw a Charger coming up in my window and thought little of it. After it passed me I noticed the strange tail lights. I initially thought that maybe this was some wild aftermarket body kit until I noticed two things: 1. It had Michigan plates, and 2. There were two brand new Dodge vehicles tailing the shit out of it as if trying to block one's view. A moment later I noticed all three vehicles stopped. Not at a rest stop or gas station but on the shoulder of an off ramp. Sure enough, a few minutes later they were coming up in my mirror again and this time I had my camera ready. I tried to snap a pic of the hood as well, but stupid cameras like to show you the picture you just took for a moment before you can take the next. The hood has the same styling as the Dukes Of Hazzard era Charger. The nose sticks out a bit more, looking more aggressive than the current version. Luckily, I was able to get a couple of shots of the tail before the folowing vehicles could get right up on top of him again. Anybody else seen one of these?

Could be a test mule. New model style and they could be doing some long range driving to shake it out.  I saw one of these at the LA Auto show and loved everything about it except the nose.
