Yup, give me about 6 months until I graduate. Once I'm out and have a job I will start blowing money on my rides. Wait until my El Camino is done, a fuel injected 455 Olds or Buick motor, painted to look like a stock 307.

But hey, as bad as she looks, I'll still whip your ass. :)

zeppie, the car runs pretty good.  It's doesn't have many mods at all; just maf pipe and k&n, adjustable fp reg, and an adjustable waste gate actuator.  I do have a hot wire kit for it ...just haven't installed it yet.

Super Six,  paint job cost little over $1500 ...its not a show paint job but it is a very nicely done one.  I had it wet sanded with 1500 grit paper and buffed out.  Made for a very slick finish.  The paint used was DuPont Chroma Base.  I have to say I am very please with how it turned out ...car needed alot of work ...had some suck ass paint on it prior ...I swear some cars have orange peal ...but this one when I bought it had what I would call pineapple peal ... it was just a plain ol' shitty paint job. A lot of labor time was spent just getting the old paint off.

Robert,  not sure on the chrome rims just yet. This car is so original that I am very reluctant to make any other changes to it.  But, who knows .. maybe I will in the future.

one thing on the car that is going to need some attention in the future is the seats ...anyone know where I can get leather 45/45 pillow top seat covers ???????

I'd have to agree. I think T's like yours got the best rims out of all the TR's. As far as the leather seat covers, you mean something just to cover the existing velour or new material to cover the whole thing?
