Yea but the board and the community would have been better off if he did sell to SGRIM but that's just my opinion

here is what pisses me off...No heads up to core members that made the site what it was. To even offer it for sale. Then I have sent Mike PM's with no response...eve n in reference to the BPG site as that is hosted by Jigawatt. I will continue to support the MAGNA and Toronto Section and will respond to my posts...but will offer no tech info...not that it was worth anything...but I have pointed people in the direction to find help...TBS was fun

I will not post there under any circumstances. Such sites sell advertising space and basically use the board membership as free labor. Bullshit, and to hell with that notion, I say (in earnest and with all due forthright honesty).

Y'know, Mike might be unhappy about letting the board go himself, just the money was too good to turn down. I don't know, just trying to play devil's advocate and be slow to throw a guy under the bus. Could someone enlighten me as to what he might be referencing when he says that the negativity may have driven him off?

I won't go into details but he didn't like it when we subjected him to the same critizism we would hang onto any other product or vendor. Snakeoil is snakeoil.
Mike gave it hard to others and got pissed when he was called out by some of the senior guru's.
