e is usually between 15-25. I have seen less on high mileage or loose engines at idle...as long as it jumps up immediately when the rpms come up, it is fine.
What turbo is on the car and what stall converter is in it? Also what chip?
Do you have a scantool? Hard to tell what is going on without scantool info, fuel pressure, etc
