What has your car been doing this winter?

For those of us who have winter (fuck you, LA, Miami and Pkoenix guys!), what has yours been up to? Mine has been sitting under a cover waiting for spring being fired up every 4 or 5 days. Within the next month: new turbo, converter and possibly injectors.

Mines been busy popping freeze plugs...Well one freeze plug and that was in October...
Within the last month, I finally got my BLM numbers to where they should be..

I was missing a MAF screen and my FP was 5 lbs too low...
Other then that, it has been hitting the streets of ABQ daily...

Jesus Christ, do I need to pay more attention....I didn't even notice you were local......are you one of the many guys who's up toward Rio Rancho?

My car's been not washed and collecting oxidation on the paint for the duration. Driven every day.

My cars been sitting in my redneck garage since the last accident. I have an exhaust leak too.

Sylvan, I'm not into stickers, expecially on cars, but that BUICK sticker on your quarter window looks sweet. I wanna copy your idea.

I got those stickers from these guys:

They're the 'chrome' stickers that are almost mirror finish....ther e's those two 'BUICK' ones on the sides and the three shields logo on the top center of the windshield ....I was really happy with the quality of the stickers and all of them together ran me, like, a lousy $7 or something.

*edit* I forgot to mention that I'm not a big fan of stickers on cars, either- that's why I had to be certain that it turned out to be tasteful....I think it did.

Nice looking set of wheels, dude, and I also am not into graphics, but I really like the Buick emblems in the quarter windows.

mine gets me to school everymorning cept this past week cause my dad took it cause i got a ticket for like 20 over... nothing big or anything...lol but yea GA finaly got some ICE the other day an it was the 1 day the car was left outside. bout an inch thick all the way round, i was not very happy because it froze my door shut/ i dident unlock it good enough...

Yeah man. There tasteful. You must have recently put them on? I totally like the way they look!!! I'm sorry man, but I gotta copy you, Tired of people not knowing what kind of car I drive. I'm not gettin' the sticker on the windshield though. :puke: I'm going to tint my shit though.

....yeah from 20 feet or so! I took off the cover today to hit all the turbo bolts with PB Blaster for the impending swap and I'm disgusted with how my paint looks up close.

Sounds cool....I totally recommend that company for good quality decals....what ever company you get 'em through, let us see 'em!
