Does anyone know their IQ and can they post it?  

I took a test but don't want to post the results untill I know what the #'s mean.

I cant remember mine but it's up there. Not all crazy and shit but I'm above average. FOr some reason 117 or 122 sounds like it.

I took my test when I was under 18, and I guess it's illegal or maybe just inappropriate to tell minors their score.


It's very hard to judge exactly what 'average' is because the average -I hear- is frequently lowered so that the government doesn't have to pay so much assistance to people who would otherwise be deemed disabled.


Then you have the people who dispute the validity of the test's accuracy....on that I can't comment 'cause I don't know.

For what it's worth, here are the current official numbers:

160 - 175  Extraordinary genius


.....Oh, and if you took your test on some stupid pop-up tickle.com website or some shit like that, TOTALLY disregard it.

Ok, it was an emode test that took like 30 min. I got a 133

I am not lying. I got a 150 in second grade. I remember them pulling me out of class and grilling me in this room for a whole day. I was doing puzzles a lot. They tried to throw me in a magnet school, but I liked my homies too much to leave. They put me in a program called GATE (gifted and talented education) and took us on all these field trips. I never took it seriously as a child. I was in a couple of math competitions but when it came down to crunch time, I was just trying to meet other kids and playing and such. I didn't give a fuck, I was a kid.

On the online ones I score in the high 130's or so, I think the drug abuse in high school took a toll on a few things.

But what is just as important as IQ is EQ, emotional intelligence. If IQ is how fast you can think, EQ is how well you can express those thoughts.

I have known some real dumbasses that have a gift for mechanical stuff etc.  I have to say that I think some peoples brains are designed for certain types of processing.  I know a gu with a 70ish IQthat is a master welder and fabicator but is dumb as a bucket full of hair when it comes to other things.  I think that iq is a jusge of overall ssmarts, but youalsoo have to account for the ppl that abosolutely suck at taking a standardized test.  Just my opinion.

Yes there are some people that are terrible test takers and that would give them a lower score. On the other hand, the more you take an IQ test the higher the IQ you will appear to have. The IQ test is the only real way we have of proving who the geeks are.
