I saw a bumper sticker the other day that said "An Imperfect Republican Vs. A Perfect Socialist". 'Nuff said.

I remember my dad taking me to Mile High Stadium as a kid...he'd be rolling in his grave to learn that they bulldozed the stadium and put up Invesco in it's place and packed it full of 80 thousand rabid know-nothings screaming about an all-form-no-content  presidential hopeful who's still searching for the bodies of those other 9,988 victims of a Kansas tornado...

Anyone heard about the new union building bill goig through the house and senate ?
Now the socialists are trying to force everyone into joining labor unoins to increase their voter base. They'll stop at nothing. And guess what ? This bill is another slow mover intended not to reach the presidents desk until after Jan 20 th ! Coincidence, I think not.

I heard the Saddleback interviews last night and I've gotta say that I'm slowly starting to hate McCain less. But B. Hussein O. only dug himself deeper.

He changed his name to O'bama to get votes from typical white people.

He's already dug himself to China in my book.

They still make them?

Obviously, my hand is forced on the issue and McCain is my guy. *But*, I've learned to respect that he'll stand by an unpopular decision (even those that I, myself, disagree with). My favorite quote from the aforementioned Saddleback interviews was his response on what kind of income makes a person "rich". Obama's response was just as I expected.

(Paraphrasing) :

Obama: "....over $250k annual income puts you into that category, so expect to see a modest tax increase..."

McCain: "I don't care what 'rich' is because I don't want to raise anyone's taxes."

I still don't like either of them. Then again, I do not like too many people either.

Why does that matter? Felons can't vote.

Ok, I watched Sarah Palin on TV last night, and actually I was pretty impressed with her. I think there is hope maybe with her. I know for sure I still am not crazy about McCain, but sounds like she will have everyone/keep everyone on their toes.  What do you guys think?

Heck I wish is was a Palin/McCain ticket . I think McCain would make a fine VP ...sort of like Walter Mondale did.
