Yep! It's right. You could use the little foam filter that's supposed to be on the open "nipple".

(heh heh hmm heh.. "nipple")

Yeah, Gordy- it's right. The dude who rebuilt my engine put mine on the wrong valve cover, but I have been too lazy to move it.
