House shopping is a bitch!

Found a gorgeous house....but they wouldn't budge even a lousy $5k, so that left a bad taste in my mouth and I told 'em to make a fist and fuck it. Then, I found a house that was even better and cheaper to boot....we submitted the paperwork and I asked for a copy of the floorplan....t urns out they were planning on building it for me differently than I was led to believe- I told 'em to throw themselves down some stairs. Now I'm back at square one. I have the money, I'm impatient as hell, but nothing goes as planned. What a pain in the ass.....we're starting to come back around to our initial intent of building ourselves....p lenty of contractors in the extended family and it would be much cheaper, I just want it done NOW. What a pain in the ass.

Anybody feelin' me on this?

I'm trying to SELL my house..

One of the hottest neighborhoods in North Tampa. As soon as I put my house up (FOr sale by owner), 4 other asshats listed theirs..

My wife (Soon to beex) hired an incompetant 2% realtor, and the showings have been slim. I'm about to kick his ass to the curb and list it here: http://www.homediscovere.com - 2%, web site, virtual tour, home warranty, all included.

The good news is that I bought this house 6 years ago for 130k, and now it's the lowest price house for sale in the subdivision - it's listed @ $289,000!! :bigeyes;

We owe 113k on the 1st and 2nd mortgage, and I have to split it 50/50 with the "wife"..

I'll still clear some cash.

I told 'em to make a fist and fuck it.

I'm glad you're making money on the turnaround. Our area is growing and it is the perfect 'buyers' market' right now. Houses that would sell for 250k to 300k just up the road are to be had for around 150k here.....on several acres. I just looked at one an hour ago and (once again) am convinced that this one will be happening. I'm impulsive as hell, what can I say?
