Everyones so excited to be getting back to work and having some sort of normalcy that we had a pep rally. Yep JUST like the ones in high school. complete with cheerleaders, bullhorns, banners, flags, facepaint, marching bands....dude, I'm not shittin', it was wild!!! Kinda gave me a funny feeling in my stomach...just like when your about to get a big surprise... I think they call that excitement? lol. I've been working all week (cept for sun & mon), re-orientation. I go in tonight and deal my cards...4am. I worked this morning but all we did is get the tables prepped for the grand opening. I'm hella nervous because I havent delt in a long time and I expect to go in tonight and deal $5000 hands of BJ. I'm schedualed for a double deck game RIGHT where the bigger players like to hang out. I know why I'm there. B4 the hurricane the Shift manager always was the one to say "put Robert there". He likes the way I deal...which is good for me but for some reason I cant get over being nervous. You try doing something perfect over and over for eight hours...what makes it harder is that every hand is different. You can also add in "the eye in the sky" watching you and the bosses constantly watching you. If you mess up the game stops....you look like a goof...sometim e the guest makes a show out of it and brings attention to your game. Well needless to say, thats what I get for trying to be the perfect dealer...hopef ully it'll pay off in the future.

I cant wait to see all the old players!

My stocks are looking good. They went up $1200 in two days then dipped a little but the future looks great! Things have to fall into place and if they do....BAM!!! Right now, I'm just over even...nothing to brag about.

HEy Chris, thats what I said during my first break.

I called it. But I didnt have any 5K players....jus t 1k. I tapped in and fell right into place. Not one mistake all day!!! I also made 2-3k in tips but I'll only see a few $'s of that. I was nervous till I walked up to the table.

Everything is as good as it could be.

I didnt understand S6...now I get it, duh. lol. IMHO, only a stripper who turns fattie that marries an 89 year old man could get that much for a BJ.

Going back to work could be compared to going to war and comming home. I'm in heaven!!!

Yeah but it's cleaned up ALOT. Still not one store open on hwy 90. Most of the city construction is away from the beach...there fixing the roads in the country. TONS of construction going on. FEMA is busting people that ripped them off. No one I know yet but it'll come.
