Yes, I took them both from the downloadable turbobuick shop manual which is the edited and scanned original GM shop manual for Buicks.

The first one I posted is screen capture of the part of the page.  You see the box that says torque specs?  45 ft-lbs for the relay rod to the pitman arm.  I believe that is what you asked for.
Steve, The torque info you gave me is what I needed, and used.
I was trying to find on where the location of that torque info you gave me. I couldn't find it on the service manual.

Well, I have given you the page number and a screen shot from that page which clearly shows a box that is labeled Application with the various torques for each part.  I don't understand why you don't understand that that picture is from page 3B6-5.

For anyone else that does not recall the history of the down-loadable shop manual, it was put together by Jeremy Wood (no relation to me or NoCooler) and Jim Testa.  They went thru the the factory manual which is over a 1000 pages and pulled out all the pages that are pertinent to the turbo buick and put them on a dvd that they sold.  Later they started giving it away and posted the link online which is listed in it's own sticky on this board and also listed on my site vortexbuicks-etc.com.  There are those that don't know how to download and mount the file on their computers so NOCOOLER made a video showing a step by step means of getting it up and running.

It is extremely useful and I refer to it all the time.

My apologies to all since I read again looking on the service manual and found the location.
I think it's best for me not to read after 9:00pm, I miss a lot of sentences.
Thanks Again Steve

For those others wondering, I went to the table of contents of downloadable manual and saw that 3 looked like the section I needed.  Then I went to 3b and when I did, I saw 3b6 dealt with G bodies so I started looking for the torque information for the center link which I saw from a picture was called a relay rod in the manual.
