egr?

ok any ideas as to why.....   when I unplug the egr the fuel pump turns off,     
besides leaving it plugged in I don't think this is. right so id like to fix the problem
any ideas guess. etc...

There should be no connection between the egr and the fuel pump.  Sounds like some crossed up wiring somewhere
