One Last Armdrop?

I was talking to Glen today, who's the gent that runs the Armdrop events. He informed me that the airport is for sale, and has a couple of interested buyers who want to turn it into a private airport. If this happens, there'll be no more Armdrop events. Sept 16th could be the last. I implore the locals to get out to this last one. You don't have to race your car. You can enter your car in the car show...sit in the bleachers and crack open your favorite beverage...and bounce the empties off the side of my old POS as I pound my junk down the track. The apple route and wine route are a scenic drive. This could be the last...so get your butts out on Sept 16th.

It's always sad to see something like this happen. 75/80 went thru the same thing. That's why I take alot of pictures, enjoy the memories

In the past 2 years we lost Bonfield and Capitol City dragways.

There is always rumors that Englishtown is under the gun from local new residents complaining of the noise. Build a new house next to a  racing complex, I think there will be some noise.
