Bored shitless waiting to make a run. Check out the asphalt...with the cracks in it. That's the surface we race on.

It was surprising how many cars went into the weeds. 1 car even made it into the trees.

Someones gonna get killed there...the shutoff is way to short. I went toe to toe with the twin engine supercharged 99 GTP out of the Cormier garage in Trenton last year. They had the drone follow us down and we went through the traps together at 11.0. I cut left...he cut right. Thot for sure I was gonna roll it. Vid is up here somewhere...an d you can see smoke off the front tires on my car. I let out of it at the 1/8th yesterday on both runs. Cars that knowingly run quicker than 11 flat should be forced to run the 1/8th.

The lady that went off in the burgundy Nova racecar was Amber at a 9.93. I didn't see the others.

Pic of Doug Fulton from yesterday. Races Nostalgia class at SMP...hilariou s group of guys to hang out with on race day. Ran about a 7.3x dial on it last year...but has a new set of heads on it. See what it runs in a couple of weeks at the first race.

A lot of broken parts does not make you a racer; it makes you a slow learner.

I'll get vid for you in a couple of weeks of Doug racing it in the Nostalgia class. That's Murray in the gasser lined up with him.

Too far for my old eyes, but it looks like the gasser has a straight axle and fenderwell dumps...be still my heart!  LOL
