Experts for log file

Hi

If the resident xperts could please have a look at the attached power logger run and let me know your thought.
 History
stock turbo and intercooler heads injectors and maf
2800 stall 340 walboro 340 pump from 2002 or 03 hotwire afpr, k/n and 2/12 hooker cat back no cat.
fuel is rising 1 to 1 verified today set at 46 psi line off stock chip boost at 15ish.
injector dc is over 100 percent with low 02s

Park the car until that stock chip has been replaced.


I'd also get a new timing set, valve springs, and vacuum lines too.


Oh yeah, when was the last tie the header crack was welded?

Hi

Header was done a couple years ago still good, I do have a burned chip from 2002 by National performance. Car has low kms so no valve springs not to say it doesn't need them but going by km

I do have high BLM at idle but cant seem to find the leak

Stock chip is ok on premium with STOCK BOOST only.
dial it back till you have a proper chip

You needed valve springs back when the car was brand new.   They are spec'd the same as a 110hp N/A V6.  You can't put 12 pounds of boost on the backside of the intake without subtracting that from the spring poundage. With a 1.700 intake that's over 27# of pressure working against the spring.

If Ken burned the chip then you must be near Toronto? His stuff is pretty dated so check out turbotweak & Eric will take care of you. One of the PL Pros will give you feedback on the file soon enuf.
