blower motor?

ok    my blower motor does not work ...
is there any way to test it on the bench?
I  tried putting power from the battery to the power connection an nothing?

Power to the terminal and ground it. If it does not run,  it's bad

I've has a lot of trouble on the ground connections on mine
-Drain plug by Earl Brown, custom oil pan by Rich's Auto

thanks guys turned out to be a ground issue.
next question    when I put the controller to high the blower turns off??

The relay takes over supplying current on high, I bet Steve's site has a wiring diagram.
