I got bad news as well. They came back with a counter offer that was way more than the asking price and also $50k more than I can afford.

They had a copy of my pre-approval so they should know. What the hell are they thinking?

Some of thes short sales "homeowners" are delirious in their demands. Listen you sniveling fuck. You can't afford the mortgage YOU SIGNED, and you're going to act like my $$$ isn't good enough?
