Jeffrey City, WY

I had never driven that stretch of road before the other day and so had never heard of this town. As soon as I got there I fell in love with it. This was like another version of my beloved Ruth. Next opportunity I got I looked it up online and learned of it's interesting history...and abandonment (great news in this guy's world). The strange thing is, though- I don't understand why, in a town that is largely vacant- hosting more boarded up buildings than occupied ones, I can't find any prices of real estate...? In fact, I was only able to locate a single property *near* there that is even listed as for sale. (It's a $4mil ranch a little ways out of town) Anyway, this place is a misanthrope artist's dream come true and if I could find a house to rent I'd be living there by the end of next year. If anyone knows where to find info on land/rental properties, etc. in areas like this speak up.
