I was looking for a old thread on the other board and found this old great tech advice from Zap. :cheers:

Well, if there is anything wrong, just wait until it tears completely up, then fix it. That's what I do. It makes troubleshootin g a lot easier.

He is looking for a place in the country to move to. Country prices have gone way up so it's not easy.

West Virginia is now the playground for Washington Beltway crowd. He's going have to move west quite a long way to find anything affordable.
