Vortex Buicks sighting on Youtube - Junkyard Digs
« on: October 31 2021, 01:25:25 AM »
Was watching Junkyard Digs on Youtube - he's got a third part of his repairs on a Grand National, and I noticed he referenced Steve's guide on his channel. We made it baby! (not really, but still cool to see).
3rd video (WHere he mentions Vortex) https://youtu.be/_Pz2v1pZTWU?t=3206 (53:26 in)

1st video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GfX3jtpXAbE
2nd video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rPyZGHnW6EM

Some issues overall, calling the Powermaster system Hydroboost, etc, but overall - a fun channel to watch, and I have to respect the guy's hustle.

A lot of broken parts does not make you a racer; it makes you a slow learner.

Love the sound of the bearings pounding themselves to death when the moron dry starts it.

Yup - took the ignition module off and loses oil pressure.....
Sounded like the cam sensor didn't get locked into the oil pump, ask me how I know.
