My son works for a company that provides IT services for companies that don't have their own IT departments. The other day a client called and wanted him to come look at his new Dell computer that was slower than his old one. He went out and discovered a refurbed machine that was older than the one it replaced. Nothing wrong with it..just an old model. He said the the client had a hard time understanding that he had bought a machine that was not as good as the one he replaced.
