What's this wire?

Door jamb vent driver side.
Wire goes into the cabin about 8 inches.
Connects to nothing, end clipped flush.
I'm thinking alarm pin for the trunk, aftermarket alarm.

That wire was only used on the FBI Twin Turbo cars.  :rolleyes;
