I've never really seen a regal with this sort of patina. I dont think its worth the $6900, but I like it. What do you guys think?

It's not worth anywhere near $6900...if it was, then that '86 T-Type I just sold should have been worth $18K.

I do like the idea of a bench seat and a column shift...but not for the weight reasons.  I think they should focus more on the fact that it is a Limited T and not so much on that it was lighter, therefore quicker than a GN.  Maybe back in the day fresh off the showroom floor.

When you get finished...you'll have more into it than what it's worth.

I'd roll in it. Looks like mine, except I put new fillers on the front. It just needs a little love and a price reduction.

Like I said, clearly its not worth $6900...
and I'm not arguing with you, but to say that you'd have more into it than its worth... well, thats true for almost anything. I'm also not saying that I'd be doing a lot of body work other than some bumper fillers. It looks like the rockers and quarters are solid, and I just like how it has rusted, almost looks two tone.

Spray it with about four coats of clear plastidip to seal it from moisture and do whatever the drivetrain needed...great sleeper car

Doesn't look bad, be nice to see the door jams and pictures underneath.  Some pictures of the carpet rolled up would be nice and inside the trunk.  I wouldn't even waste my time cleaning up the hood and trunk lid, just buy a fiberglass one.
