It seems the DW300 is the way to go.

nothing wrong with it.  I am surprised your Denso failed as they were original equipment with an excellent reputation for longevity. Maybe they don't like our gas.  Darned sure a pain to install on most cars...

I'm thinking it didn't like 110. The way they have to be installed though, I'm expecting a wire issue more than a bad pump. I didn't get it out of the trailer yet. I ordered the DW300, doesn't ship til Wed. The next race is Saturday. The car did so well last Saturday I hate to not be ready.

Mine was drop shipped from their ok location.

I would get the wiring harness from the back bumper to the pump from full throttle or someone. Mine had corrosion issues. Good time to replace it while you have the tank down.

Be sure to check all the connectors on the in tank harness. You can be really chapped off when you redrop the tank to fix something that was not crimped right when it was made

I'm dredging this thread up to do a little thinking. We never raced last year after the car broke down, I parked it out of frustration.  I was seriously considering selling it. I just couldn't take all the breakdowns. For me to get my confidence back in the car it will take a new underhood wiring harness and maybe convert  to FAST. I was at Richard's open house and could kick myself for not buying the Casper harness displayed there, (Paulie you were right) but at that point I was still undecided on the future of the car. This car is so addicting to drive when it's running well but such a let down when it breaks, and it always seems to break when it matters most. The key to what I do is if I just want to use it as a street car or go back to racing. I don't do a lot of driving during the week since I live 5 miles from the shop. I sold my car trailer out of frustration. So, I think the 1st part of my puzzle is to get the harness, which I'm discovering may be a huge issue. Sorta thinking out loud.

Lots of gremlins in a thirty year old wiring harness. I'm sure Jason can give you some pointers on the install.

Gary, give John a call at caspers.  They'll need a lead time to build it but it's worth every penny. Better do it quick before they run out of their stock of factory connectors.

Just ordered it and told me they sold two last week. More we're being built and mine should be here in a couple days. I can't help but think how many of our cars need the harness replaced.

It's not that bad. Set aside about 4 hours for the job. Worst part is the passenger inner fender and getting the ECM connectors/ stiff wires to lay in just right. Gimme a call if you have any questions

The biggest pain is wiring all the add on stuff I accumulated.
