Scoobum. I looked at my log again. I see the O2s get to about .740 or so at the traps, but I looked at WB and it was actually a little fat  for my 11.30 target and the BLM isnt really throwing fuel at it.  I will try to lean out low gear a little and see if it will pick up in the 1/8th next time. I need some 1/8 times like yours!! I think the car has a low 11 in it with some better air and tune. Vegas elev is 2100 and our DA is almost always shitty like 4500+. Not sure exactly how much DA has an effect on turbo cars though. I also would like to get my boost a steady 27-28 through the entire run instead of starting at 25 and creeping up to 28.

As Steve says...it has plenty to do with it. Our southern Ontario summers are hot and humid. The jetstream goes into an omega pattern and draws air from the Gulf of Mexico. Pretty much like the Caribbean up here during the summer months. :rock: The car is a pig in this heat...so I leave it at 20 pounds and Erics chip on the default settings. Whatever it does it does when I bracket race it. Now when the cool 'clean' air arrives in October...is when I turn the wick up. Temps are about 55 degrees with about 50ish humidity...per fect for making silly HP. :rock:

The heads on my car have been worked on...and I run a CEA 6262 and use race gas. If I told you how much low gear timing I throw at it you'd shit. :)

I've got the Caspers V Plus volt booster...prol ly the same one you have.

Nothing for me to go 6 degrees over Erics low gear timing default in clean air with the low gear 02's in the 760 range. I'll pull the high gear 02's around 750 and leave the high gear timing on default. From the reading I've done on the other board the heavy hitters are using lots of boost...north of 30...and mild high gear timing. I tested last fall with more high gear timing. The car didn't pick up any MPH and the ET stayed the same. I haven't seen a hint of KR with race gas. I'm gonna try to get to 28 to 30 PSI in the fall. Just read a post by Bison...and he's telling one guy that the wastegate hole should be 1 inch for the 60 series turbo he has to hit 28 to 30...as he can't get past 25. Figures the wastegate hole may be too big to drive the pressure up. I'll have to take a measurement on mine...not sure how far I ported it. It's gonna be close...
