three passes today , after changing the rearend oil , and installing air bags. ran 7psi in left and 14 in right. time slips are in order and also the logs.
85 GN -- Converted to 87 set-up using 66/72 turbo, front mount I/C, 80lb injectors,gn1 heads 14 bolt 1.65 roller rockers stud mount, ported intake with plate, fuel hot wire, 3" dp, running 24psi., alky kit, stroker 20 over, 212/206 roller,  best time 10.995 @ 121 1.56 60ft

Fueling looks much better to me..might still be a tad rich, but, I don't think it will go any faster if you lean it further and since you are not a pro racer, I would leave it alone now that you pulled all that excess out.

Still need to find out if the voltage is really 12.9 or is that the usual scantoool deception

As I always harp...taller tires and a bigger turbo would kick it in the tail....but you ain't gonna get outrun very often by anything that can be driven on the street routinely so I would be pretty happy with it :)
