Type II coilpacks

So who here has actually run type II coilpacks?
Are the problems real or perceived?

Stock junk on my car. Dan has run them on his car for years...no issues.
Hard work pays off, dreams come true. Bad times don't last, but BAD GUYS do!

I have run them on my car for years without problem.
BTW  The coils off a 97 (and up) Pontiac Bonneville SSEI are hotter than regular coils. Series II L67
 Helps to hot wire the module as well.

I have had good luck running them for basic street use. I hear they aren't the best for racing.
