AND, my right turn signal is not working on the back light, but it works on the front.   :icon_confused:

Why would you not start by changing the bulb or troubleshootin g that?

You don't have to take the cluster out to fix this.. If it is the switch.

the turn and twist housing that the bulb plugs into seems to be cracked. I would have to remove the cluster in order to get to the back of it to remove/replace it.  I'll tackle it though.  I know I wouldnt have to remove the cluster for the switch.  Thanks.  Let you know what I find

Still don't understand why you have not replaced the bulb in the back of the car that is not working on the turn signal?

Are you now telling us that the turn signals work on the outside of the car and the problem is the indicator in the dash?  And why do you care about that if you are trying to fix the brakes?

Im now saying that inside the car, the right turn signal bulb is out.  Outside the car, the right turn signal works in the front, but not the back. Wasnt sure if this was due to my initial problem with the brake lights. But, now I know to just replace the flasher. :038:

And i care about that because the car wouldnt pass inspection with the signal not working outside the car(or inside for that matter)

so, why don't you replace the bulb and see what happens before you start talking about ripping the cluster out?  Or swap bulbs side to side, or put your meter on the contacts of the socket to see if there is voltage pulsing there?

Just lost in your troubleshootin g technique, I guess....I will give up

So, are you going to tell us what you fixed so the next guy can benefit from your experience?
Absolutely!!  Turned out to be an intermittent connection going into the P7(white wire) as you guys had suggested.  I cut the white wire on both connectors and just mated them with a spade end and a female end(kinda like a plug). Brake lights right up!
