Most of it is for stage blocks and not much for 109 prep. Valve train and lubrication sections can be helpful.   Zap's book would be a better choice.

I had one & read thru it then sold it for $80
I know who has a few new ones stashed if you like collecting stuff like that but it's a $100 for reading material to browse while sitting at the throne. 
 
I'd rather have my 3rd of 3 collection I loaned out years ago (that I'll never see again!) of the Far Side back!
