posting my progress makes me feel better
« on: January 09 2012, 01:08:14 AM »
got the firewall in primer.  ready for paint.
I had a little bit of corrosion along the top of the hvac mount, it all came off with some light sanding.
took care of a couple screw holes that where hot air specific.  The ic'd cars have a couple screw holes for engine harness and something else.
removed hot air throttle cable.  the ic'd cars use a longer one.
All traces of anything hot air are gone from this car.   kinda sad  :(

At least you're getting further along. Will it be ready for the power tour?

the power tour is cool and all, but just never interested me.  I can jump on my motorsickle and take off cross state, but driving long distances in a car bores the heck outta me.  maybe cause I'm used to setting the auto pilot and dozing off, lol.
I enjoy my gn's most hanging out at the sonic or a few other old school car hops around here.  just goofing off, shooting the bs, firing on the hotty's,...friends jump in the car and you go for a ride.  that kinda stuff.  we might get on it abit, but only out in the open.
to me, thats what the whole muscle car experiance is about

looking good :icon_super:
just make sure that the propane heater is turned off while spaying :hmm
Most talk about having thick skin but thats just BS.
This damn attitude of "you didn't listen to us/me now you should burn in hell for it" really sucks.

I'm just not home enough for one right now.

I'm finally making some more progress :icon_super:   should have some pics to put up this weekend.

looks like my first post pic is no longer there.  I assume it didn't make it through the board change?
