I can get steakums here but it's the rolls that are missing. Something about the hoggie rolls that really make the difference in the flavor or cheesesteaks down here.

They were great. So much better than anything I can get down here. Any one that's ever had a true cheesesteak with the right roll knows what I mean. I still prefer using provalone instead of the cheese wiz stuff that others use.

It HAS to be shaved rib-eye steak. The butcher grumbled last time we got it, but they will get over it.

Last Sat. when we were at BPG, he got best of show in the Tuff truck class. Didn't do as well in the race, but looked good doin it. He's running the GN at Maple Grove this weekend.
