I never had a need to monitor mine real time.

Set the correct pressure, and let it be. Us e it afterward for diagnostics, that's about it.

No need for an adapter just use a nos line threads and seals both ends fine.

Well I was only monitoring it because I was told to watch to see if the FP rise with boost.....

which is what you need it for...I think they were trying to say you did not need to leave it hooked up all the time....I do and just leave the gauge laying beside the master cylinder..but, that is just me.

So if i buy the rail mount it'd extend to the windshield for testing purposes?  I know i sound dumb but i just bought a house and refuse to buy the wrong parts.  Thanks guys

You need a fitting that screws on to the fuel rail.  then you need a 1/8" npt barb that screws in the other end of the fitting, a hose to slip on the barb that is long enuf to reach the windshield, a barb that will screw on the end of your gauge and fit into the hose.


Or find someone with a gauge on a hose that you can borrow.  :D

Or, another Or....if your o2s will read 780-800 at wot up in third gear...you probably have enuf fuel pressure
