Did the IAC reset and TPS adjustment and all is well.

He has a bit different setup than stock, on the bottom of the TB is an adapter plate that turns the IAC out about 45 degrees.  On my car the adjustment screw has a plunger tip on the end, his just had threads the entire length.

I have the offset adapters too.  gives more clearance
