Any one that likes funny, cheap, sci-fi in a series of books, this one makes me laugh.  Good e book stuff.

The title gives one the impression that it might be in a similar vein as The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy...?

I think it is funnier...but, that is just me...

distant planet that is controlled by both the arthropod (spider) empire and by earth.  It is divided up with a no man/s zone between. The heroes ain't.....

Lotsa fraternization between the sides to play cards, smuggle, all the while trying to plot to kill the other and take more land.  And, a revolutionary bunch of opportunists in the middle who are against everybody, and often themselves..
