Obama college money?

So I keep hearing from all sorts of unofficial sources that one of Obama's "Spend All You Want, We'll Print More" giveaways is in more/easier student loan stuff. Is this true? Although I've known many who've been buried up to their eyeballs in student loan debt I've never given it a whack myself and might be considering it as of late.
