That's fucking sick. How did you do it? Mine's starting to sag a bit.
You can use quite a few materials, most used foam. I used a cork material. I traced out the "6" and cut it with an Exacto knife. One of the keys to the whole job is making sure your headliner board is completely clean before you start. I had to scrape quite a bit to get all of the old foam removed. I ordered the headliner material from CARS (
http://www.oldbuickparts.com/ ). I bought some spray can adhesive from NAPA. You have to make sure it is the right stuff, I did not on the first try. I first applied my "6" with the adhesive and let it cure overnight. Then I laid out my material and cut it to size leaving a few inches on each side. Having T-tops helps, it is a lot smaller. Lay the material over the board and fold back one half. Then apply adhesive to the first half and roll out the material. make sure you rub in every inch of the material to make sure the adhesive holds it. Then fold back the other side and do the same. I used a lot of adhesive. Let it set up for another 24 hours and then flip the board over and apply adhesive to the edges and fold over the material and fasten it to the back in the same manner as the rest of it.
There may be a faster and easier way but that is how I did it.
