Lazy as hell
« on: August 06 2007, 08:14:25 PM »
Been in Ruidoso, NM for the last two days...head home in the morning, I guess. Been shackin' at the 'Inn Of The Mountain Gods'. Last night was a $300 bar tab. Mostly because after I left the bar my wife and I wanted a bottle of wine and the cheapest one that they'll bring to your room is $114. Crooks. But no biggy, really- I don't know how much the rooms cost 'cause I didn't have to pay. Nice, huh? The wife's g-mom is loaded and wanted someone to take her on a vacation, so she payed for the rooms. Sounds like a cool deal, right? Well, up to a point.....you see, after the wife had a couple of glasses of wine she -unbeknownst to me at that moment- decided to order a.......*cough*movie*cough*. You should have seen the look on her face when I reminded her that it's going on her grandmother's credit card. Fuckin' priceless.

Yeah, we've already got our story straight. If asked, we picked from the "Still In Theaters" menu (hence the $20 price) and ordered Shrek 3 but didn't end up watching it 'cause we had had too much to drink and just fell asleep. Now, I know what you're thinking..."Who in hell would buy that story?!", but her g-mom is 91 years old and so senile that I could likely convince her that Jesus is trapped in a potato chip like those bad guys in black in that one Superman movie were trapped in those mirror-looking plate thingies.

He also drowned in his vomit. Some records should never be attempted.

I went to summer school when I was in 6th grade. We had set up an obstacle course with the tables and chairs in the library. We'd ride our BMX bikes through it, then go flyin' down the hallway past the pricipal's office. We'd have a friend/accomplice hold the door open at the end of the hallway jump about 7 steps
and go straight outside and take off.
