yes, huntsville has its own airport.  I don't know if Red Stone is on the Brac list but they are steadily hiring civilians there.  Always 2 or 3 high paying jobs availible.

I too really like chatty, as far as I am concerned knoxville sucks for no other reason than the ungodly traffic jams.

Buick Dealerships in SoCal are freaking ridiculous.  My driver's side seat belt retractor stopped retracting.  The parts are discontinued so I ordered them from g-body.  The SoCal dealer won't install parts that they don't sell.

How hard is it to replace seat belt retractors?

Detailed instructions anyone?

Basically you have to take out the rear seat and unbolt the belt from the lower
mounting point at the rocker panel. remove the coat hanger and B pillar trim.
then the inner rear quarter panel that contains the arm rest. There is also a
retractor lever that is screwed in from the door jamp area below the vent.
You'll need a special Torx bit for the seat belt mountings.
Snap- On used to call them an FTX 500, but now its something like a T-47.
Its been a while since I've taken any apart...

I've been in Cali for two days now...so far we've done the zoo, we're planning on doing Sea World tomorrow and Legoland sometime later.  Maybe I can sneak away to get a look at the GN tomorrow morning and either get to the spring cleaning and seat belt myself this weekend or hopefully get someone else to do it since I really don't feel like it.

Or...

You can unscrew the two phillips head screws from the spring release (?); the little black lever inside the door jam about 8" below the vent.

lol...you'd think that, but seeing as how I'm only here for like 12 days I really don't have time to do everything I'd like.  My dad let the ninja sit for too long so the carbs are all lacquered up now (they are really touchy), and I'll have to have them dipped to get the bike running right again.  That'll have to wait until I get back next year this time or I he can manage to have it done.  My main concern aside from spending quality family time vacationing here is to see to the GN.

BTW...what are the correct bolts to use with an ATR rear sway bar, I still had the ones installed on it that came with it from ATR and I'm tired of having to tighten them (they're not long enough).
