General Buick Tech / Boost Gauge - LED Indicator

anyone know the meaning of the LED Indicator just to the left of my Pillar Mount Boost Gauge?   It glows either Green, Yellow, or Red.  When I brake torque it comes on red at ~ 8lbs boost
