I have had small burns on my hands and face. 3rd degree on my hands and 2nd degree on my face. Regardless, my imagination does not allow me to contemplate your experience.
I will use your ordeal as perspective with my issues. I wish you well.
The mental aspect of near fatal issues amazes me to this day. Mine changed the way I see everything. There is no way back.

I installed my DW 200 (S), in the oem position. No problem except their strainer would not work. I used the oem style rubber boot on the bottom and clocked the pump for a Napa #B-0052-S strainer. I installed the strainer in parallel w/the float. Possibly, the 300 series would work the same. I did not alter the fuel sending unit in any way.
I will see if the idle problem is going to straighten itself out. It is much better. Too bad I can not drive the car.

Thanks for this, Steve Woods, I wondered. You evidently communicate, I hope he see's a specialist. 5 or 6 doctors over 7 or 8 years, could not find my issue.
Even though I almost certainly will never be diabetic, I have had impaired glucose tolerance since at least '92.

I'm up to 8000+ steps a day, 2 years ago it was 2500-4000 a day.
Damn, in a normal day? Part of my workout is to walk 3 1/2 mi, 3x a wk (M-W-F). You out walk me. Scoobum has diabetes issues and Steve Woods has a goat infestation. Is this whole board the walking wounded?

The numbers look good to me. The 60' is about .9 sec slow from perfectly fine. I do not trust 60' numbers until I see a 0.0x RT after a very shallow stage.
The car runs 'clean'. No antics, no apparent counter steer, pulls from start to the stripe. For a heavyweight street/strip G-body, I like it.

I’ll post time slips tonight on the split
I would like to see the reaction times as you were staged somewhat shallow in the video.

I am a fan of the H-bodies. I currently own a '73 "millionth" package, V8 A/T car and a '78 Monza wagon. The monza is 3.8-4 spd.

I didn't see any real issues, at this level. That is why I guessed air bags. Typically, a G-body is beginning to show symptoms @ 1.6 short.
I would not worry about it until it breaks loose as the rear unloads. They typically squat on the hit and unload in about 10-25 ft. This car apparently has good rear shocks and a smoooothe power delivery.
Anyway, you can video the launch and slow it down to find out. You probably won't feel it.

I liked the video. It runs good. Got air bags in the rear?

I was working on my 60 time, each pass I added timing 129-130-131 to the TT chip, nice and slow looking for KR and WB 1/8 mile mph stayed at 93.1-.5 60 and 1/8 ET and 1/4 ET improved from 1st pass. 11.612 @118.33 60ft 1.799 Last pass 11.556 @117.13 60ft 1.687
Yup. You should expect the mph to drop further tenths as the ET drops. The only way to improve both is to make more power. You are using the same power more efficiently. At that size car, I would consider 1.6x shorts to be pretty good. Congrats on a mid 11 sec street car.

If your 60 ft and the 1/8th times are going the same direction, in the same proportion, it probably isn't the car. In the quarter, you are talking maybe 5 hp average for the run. The difference in rollout can be .15 sec at full throttle. Bracket racers could name a dozen things.
Head/tail wind, coolant temp consistent, etc. Most bracket racers never stop practicing their leave and their times will vary 1mph in an eighth. You are making enough steam to go 118/quarter. Get some seat time/enjoyment. There will plenty of time to worry. JMO.

car went 11.5 two weeks ago ,
That is stout for a Regal size car. Mine is about 500' in a quarter slower than that. This (your) thread was inactive for a month, I hope you don't mind.
